1. Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry, quotation request, sample request, technical question, OEM enquiry or distributor enquiry, we collect the information you provide. Depending on the form, this can include:

• Your name, company, business email, telephone or WhatsApp number, preferred contact method and location.
• Your customer type, optional GSTIN, product interests, application, dimensions, quantity, purchase timeline and other requirement details.
• Artwork, attachments, design settings, preview images and messages you choose to submit.
• Your consent choices, enquiry reference, submission time and subsequent business communications.

The website and hosting services may also process technical information such as IP address, browser information, requested pages and security logs to operate and protect the service. Anti-spam checks and rate limiting may use technical identifiers.

2. How we use information

We use enquiry information to understand your requirement, respond through your requested channel, prepare quotations, discuss artwork, arrange sample requests and follow up on business discussions. We also use relevant records to assign enquiries, maintain communication history, prevent duplicate submissions or misuse, and meet applicable record-keeping obligations.

Optional website analytics help us understand visits and enquiry activity when enabled and permitted by your preference. Submitting an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to unrelated promotional messages.

3. Artwork and design uploads

The tape designer lets you preview artwork and text before sending an enquiry. Draft artwork and design settings may be stored in your browser so you can return to your work. Uploaded artwork, the generated preview and design details are sent to ETI when you submit the enquiry.

Use artwork you are authorised to share. Avoid including unnecessary personal, confidential or sensitive information in files. ETI uses submitted artwork to review your requirement and prepare the related business response; the on-screen preview is illustrative and a production proof is confirmed separately.

Artwork attachments are intended for authorised ETI personnel handling the enquiry. They are not published as a public customer gallery. Clear the site’s browser data on shared devices when you have finished; this can remove drafts and your RFQ basket.

4. Cookies and browser storage

Essential session cookies support functions such as secure form submission and administrator authentication. Browser storage supports your RFQ basket, saved tape-design drafts and preference choices. These functions are separate from optional analytics.

Where configured, Google Analytics 4 or Google Tag Manager integrations load according to the website’s optional analytics choice. With permission, attribution may include UTM campaign parameters, the landing page and referral origin. The current analytics hooks keep advertising-storage and advertising-personalisation signals denied.

You can change the analytics choice using Analytics preference in the footer. You can also block cookies or clear website storage in your browser; doing so may affect forms, saved designs or basket contents. Withdrawing optional analytics permission stops future optional tracking through these hooks and clears locally stored attribution; it does not automatically erase records already collected.

5. Sharing and external services

Relevant information may be accessed by authorised ETI staff and service providers supporting website hosting, storage, email, communications or business administration. Where a CRM, email or WhatsApp integration is configured, relevant enquiry data may be passed to that service to handle your request. Access should be limited to the business purpose.

If you open WhatsApp, an external map or another third-party link, that provider processes information under its own privacy terms. Clicking a WhatsApp link may include the product or enquiry context in the message you choose to send. A click or catalogue download alone is not treated as proof that you have submitted an identified sales enquiry.

We may disclose information when required by applicable law or to protect the website, our business or other people. External providers may process data in locations outside India, depending on the service used and applicable requirements.

6. Retention and protection

We retain information for the period reasonably needed to handle the enquiry, maintain the related business relationship, address disputes and meet applicable accounting or legal obligations. Retention depends on the record type and business context; this policy does not set a single expiry date for every record.

The website uses measures including HTTPS, server-side validation, access controls and protected attachment handling. No website or transmission method can guarantee absolute security. Please contact us if you believe enquiry information or an uploaded file has been exposed inappropriately.

7. Your choices and requests

You can ask ETI to review the personal information held in relation to your enquiry, correct inaccurate details, consider deletion where appropriate, or stop optional follow-up communications. You may also withdraw consent for an optional use. Where applicable law provides additional rights, you may request assistance in exercising them.

Send the request to the contact below, preferably from the email address used for your enquiry, and include your enquiry reference if available. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity. Requests are considered subject to applicable law and legitimate record-retention requirements; withdrawing permission may limit our ability to continue the related service.

This is an industrial B2B website and is not directed at children. Please do not submit children’s personal information. If such information has been submitted unintentionally, contact us for review.
